Melanie Bean is a seasoned insurance professional with 20 years of experience as a claims adjuster, bringing deep technical expertise across a wide spectrum of loss types. Over the course of her career, Melanie has managed complex entertainment claims, significant commercial and industrial losses, and high‑volume residential files, building a reputation for thorough investigation, strong client advocacy, and practical claims resolution. For the past seven years, Melanie has specialized in cyber claims, handling matters across global markets. Her portfolio includes both personal and commercial cyber losses, ranging from data breaches and ransomware incidents to business email compromise and widespread network intrusions. She has worked closely with international brokers, insurers, cybersecurity vendors, and legal teams to support clients through fast‑moving and often high‑stakes cyber events. Melanie’s broad industry experience, combined with her FCIP designation, positions her as a trusted expert in the evolving landscape of cyber risk and claims management.

Marcus Fluellon
Cybersecurity Lead
Marcus Fluellon combined a background in political science and classical studies with hands-on systems administration experience to build a career focused on cybersecurity leadership. After completing his Diploma in Computer Engineering at Niagara College, Marcus began his technology career as an IT intern at Duliban Insurance Brokers, quickly advancing into systems administration roles where he strengthened organizational infrastructure and security posture. Recognizing the growing importance of cyber resilience, Marcus transitioned into a dedicated cybersecurity role at BOXX, where he now leads cyber security initiatives designed to help clients prevent breaches and strengthen digital defenses. He continues to advance his expertise through ongoing certifications and advanced studies in National Defence and Intelligence at the University of Ottawa, positioning himself at the intersection of cyber risk, security operations, and emerging global threats.

Ray Moylan
US Claims Manager
Ray Moylan is an internationally recognized claims leader specializing in client-side claims experience. Bringing more than a decade of expertise to the field and having handled over 1,000 cyber claims implicating policies from all major global insurers at a top global cyber brokerage, he has built a reputation for designing and implementing innovative products, systems, and processes that maximize efficiency in claims handling.
